For some reason Cody's car seat has been tilting over a little bit when I go around corners. It always ends up back in an upward position so its not like he's flung around in the car. He thinks it is a fun game that I invented and says, "Wheee!" as I make sharp left-hand turns.
Yesterday, it went a little too far over and poor Cody had to ride the last few miles at a 45 degree angle. I just had to take a picture of him trying to hold himself up. I could try to fix it, but instead I just decided to not make any more left-hand turns from now on. : )

You really should get your seat inspected by a technician. If his seat is not in tight enough, and is moving like that on corners, what is it going to do in a crash? Also, please pull the clip up to armpit level, it is there to position the straps and help to keep him from being ejected, how it is now, the seat will not protect him. The straps are perfectly tight though, so good job on that!
Your child is not safe! You need to put the locking clip on your car seat. It is a metel clip that goes next to the buckle on the seatbelt to prevent the car seat from tipping over. READ YOUR MANUAL!!!!! You also need to move the CHEST CLIP up to armpit level. That is why it is called a CHEST CLIP and not a BELLY CLIP. If you are in a car accident you child will fly out of his car seat if he is not properly restrained. Please get your seat check by a certified car seat technition. www.usa.safekids.org
I agree with the last person that seat will not protect him in a crash that way very very dangerous sit in the seat yourself or have another adult or older child sit in it while another pulls it tight then recheck in a few days if looses you may need to use the clip on the seatbelt here is a link to find a tech near you to install that seat correctly and maybe save his life (dont be mad or upset 80% of all seats are installed wrong and car accidents are the leading cause of death for children usually avoidable death) pull that chest clip up to armpit level in an accident like that he can actually be tossed from the seat here is a link to find a tech near you to help install OKAY WONT LINK COPY AND PASTE ALL FROM THE http to the very end ends in SQL copy and paste save his life in the event of an accident

Oh dear. Please keep your son safe. If the seat can't even stay up for turns, imagine what would happen in a crash. I can't believe you thought that was funny. Please learn how to install the seat correctly by going to a certified car seat tech. Most fire departments do them. As of now, the seat would fail in a crash and your son would be ejected because of how low the chect clip is.
